  5 week Board & train  -  Behavior Modification PROGRAM

This program is designed for dogs that are having trouble with behavioral issues such as lack of impulse control, fear, anxiety, leash reactivity, separation, etc. During the period of 5 weeks (depending on each case), your pup will be boarding and training with our talented ADS training team and pack, led by Elisa.  Your dog will be living in Elisa's home.  Throughout this period, they will rotate through different activities based on your dog’s specific needs. We use a balanced training approach to create a well-rounded and fulfilled dog that lives in harmony with its family and is ready to face real-world situations.

Our location offers a unique environment that simulates your dog’s environment at home. Elisa works with and confirms that every dog, before going home, is ready to be reintroduced into your home. This behavior training program is perfect for dogs of any age and will benefit you as much as them.

We highly recommend that your dog signs up for our daily daycare after the board and train program to continue improving and practicing everything it learned during its stay.

Our Program Includes:

• Boarding at our ADS training house in Northridge, CA and weekly updates on your pup’s progress.

• Daily supervised time with our pack is structured to teach your pup all the important social skills your pup needs to be confident, calm, and polite around other dogs.

• Guidance from our socialization expert, Elisa, She will help your dog understand the boundaries and teach it advanced behavior. This includes loose lead walking, socializing with friends' dogs, staying calm in a coffee shop, etc.

• Extensive work on reprogramming their brains to respond better in real-life scenarios.

• Training them with more specific tools such as a nose-loop and an e-collar.

• We use a holistic/balanced approach to dog training. For more information, visit Our Approach.

• External environmental work to prove your dog’s public behavior.

• We also teach the fundamentals of e-collar use to the pet owner.

• A 1-2-hour human training session at pick-up for the parent to learn how to establish a healthy relationship, set clear and fair boundaries, create good habits and deepen the feeling of connection that you ultimately want to share with your dog in order to maintain the desired behaviors.

• A second 2-3 hour IN – HOME follow-up session within the first 2 weeks after completion of the training for the family to learn techniques and to trouble shoot any issues that have developed.   You will have access to a chat group that includes Elisa ,to answer any questions about your pup’s progress at home.
